New Bible studies for adults began Wednesday and Sunday nights in April.

WEDNESDAYS • 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Preschool
Child care is provided for babies through age two. Check in at the Preschool Reception Desk across from the Playground. Three-year-olds through Pre-Kindergarten will learn about missionaries serving around the world. Check in at the Preschool Reception Desk by the Covered Drive.


Children
Kindergarten through sixth grade learn about North American and International missions through Bible study. They will also participate in hands-on mission projects to reach and serve the community. Children meet in Room 300.

Students

fusion (grades 7-8) and CRAVE! (grades 9-12) meet 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. (7:15 - 8:30 p.m. is optional hang out time). Students can purchase snacks in the cafe. Worship and Bible study meet in Room 500, then students break into small groups for discussion.

Adults
“Jesus: Seeing Him More Clearly” • Led by Belinda Berry in the Chapel
Teacher, Physician, Servant, King—Jesus filled each of these roles in His walk on earth revealing His identity with us as man. In this study we will explore these roles one-by-one to arrive at a better understanding of the character and person of Christ.


“Parables of Jesus” • Led by John Rice in Room 411
Take a closer look at the unique teaching style of Jesus and how He used common everyday experiences to teach kingdom principles. Discover how the parables were heard for the first time and how Jesus ended those with a “hook,” and more importantly, how that “hook” has implications for daily life as we walk as His disciples.


“Do You Think I’m Beautiful?” • Led by Marcy DuPlessis in the Media Center
Author Angela Thomas seeks to bridge the gap between the life a woman longs for and the life she actually has. The video-based study combines practical Bible teaching and real-world advice. Cost: $11.


“Operation Embrace” • Led by Anita Lindsay in Room 424

Join the ladies as they continue their study, “Discerning the Voice of God” by Priscilla Shirer. This group is designed specifically for military wives, although anyone is welcome. Cost: $11.

“When God’s People Pray” • Led by Ann Case and Gail Cox in Room 415
Prayer can change lives and circumstances like nothing else can. In this study, Jim Cymbala, Pastor of the Brooklyn Tabernacle, shows you truths about prayer that God has used to turn his own tiny inner-city church into a vital, thriving community of believers praying with passion, focus, and faith. Cost: $10.


“Stepping Up” • Led by Roy & Becky Cantrall in Room 217-18
Beth Moore takes you on a detailed study of Psalms 120-134 engaging in opportunities for personal reflection and worship while exploring the background and writer of each. Coed. Cost: $13.


“Jesus on Leadership” • Led by Belinda Berry & John Rice in the Media Center

Using Jesus as the ultimate example of servant leadership this study will help individuals catch a vision of true leadership. All leadership team members are urged to attend. Cost: $12.


“Faith in Action” • Atrium
FIA continues to meet and reach out to visitors who attend worship services, as well as, to minister to those in our Sunday School classes. Join a team and get involved.
